Description
Ingredients: pork, sugar, soy flour, lard, salt, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt [sodium benzoate less than 1/10 of 1% as a food preservative]), monosodium glutamate. Kimbo Pork Fu is dried shredded pork and tastes less sweet and more salty than Pork Sung. Often used for topping congee, garnishing for savory pastries, or as an addition to rice porridge. Also used as meat in sushi and spam musubi preparation.
